Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 calendar days from the time you receive your shipment. All items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the original tags attached.
All accessories (earrings, bracelets, other jewelry, handbags, purses, clutches, scarves) are non-returnable.
Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
FREE RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For your convenience, we will pay for your return shipping! Follow these easy steps for returns/exchanges:
1. Send an email to customerservice@pinkthreads.com and reference the order # and items you wish to return/exchange.
2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
3. Include a copy of the invoice and drop your package off at the nearest U.S. Post Office location!
Please allow 3-4 business days to process returns. We will notify you through email once your return has been processed.
